The Center for Wellbeing in School Environments (WISE) works with Washington DC school communities to reduce mental health and educational disparities. WISE and the Georgetown University Center for Child and Human Development (GUCCHD) recently launched TeacherWISE, a research-informed online curriculum to support the well-being of teachers and school staff. The five areas of well-being include: physical, occupational, intellectual, social, and emotional. TeacherWISE offers a Teacher Well-Being Workbook for teachers to develop their own personal well-being plans. Check out these resources and invest in your well-being!
